Where can I buy a projector cart with rubber tires?

I need a projector cart that has rubber tires instead of those small hard wheels, it has to be able to traverse uneven pavement and such.

   Since you didn’t say where you live it makes it hard to give you advice like this.

   In any case, check your yellow pages under “Audio Visual” and you’ll find some suppliers of high-quality stuff like this.

   Here’s an idea; if you have an existing cart that you like besides the wheels you might be able to swap them for larger/rubberized castors. Again you’ll need to find a supplier for this.

   Scroll all the way down – there is two and three shelf versions.

   A cheaper way would be to go to a hardware store and buy some big rubber caster wheels and mount them on a cart yourself:
