After watching your video I order material from Fabrics World USA and it worked perfectly. This is what I ordered: Tricot Milliskin Shiny (White) (Product #MILIS12) it cost $24. 00 for 3 Yards and $10. 87 shipping from New York. Thanks Brother!
@Zman87gt Zach, I like where you going with this but I just wanted to make a few points. Please do not take this as a nock or me trying to sell my Stretchy Screens . com product. 1. Is your material flame retardant? If not, watch out as the fire marshal could get you at a gig. 2. It seems you are limited on the size as you only have 60 inch width. Most trussing systems are 10ft or wider. 3. Have you had issues with the grommets ripping out? We moved our screens to grommet free because if this. . .

What measurements would you suggest for a screen 7 ft wide by 6 ft high? I mean would it be somewhere between the measurements for the 5 ft and 10 ft screen? A bit smaller than the 5 ft? or about the same as for the 5 ft?

What of material was that you used because the Joann fabric I went didn’t have it I would like to make it by next week
thats how i did mine as well. . though i sewed the edges to give it a more pro look. . but good job. .

i got my screen fabric on ebay there are lots of options and most are under $100 for something to make a 9′ screen
