   Ive a few questions before i start making one how do you know the distances between the fresnels the lens and the light because from what ive learned if they are not perfect the corners of the picture will be rounded.
   I have a 20w led that outputs 1000lumens orderes and a 3. 5″ screen with a resolution of 960×468.
   will this give me a good picture ?
